The room is small, but no different from the parisien standard. A metro station is very nearby, so you have easy access to the mayority of tourist points of interest in 10-15min. Breakfast is continental and it was good enough for us, because that's what we're used to in Brazil. Anyway, you can always ask for an extra croissant ; ). The staff is friendly and the recommendations they gave us on restaurants, snacks, etc. were great. Attention because there is no elevator and you might get a room on the 6th floor. My wife was pregnant, and they were very nice to get us a room in a lower floor.

My friend and I stayed at Amarys Simart Hotel for a 3 night break. We had been to Paris before and did not expect much from the hotel, but were pleasantly surprised upon our arrival. The staff was very friendly from our arrival and all through a three day stay. I didn't expect an elevator and there wasn't one. We stayed on the fourth floor and faced a courtyard/alleyway, but weren't kept up by outside noise. From our room, we could see the top of Sacre Ceour. The beds were comfortable enough and the bathroom was small, but did the job. The breakfast was enough to get you moving and there are plenty of places nearby to grab a bit more if needed. If you're on vacation and plan on being out of the room most of the time to sightsee or stroll, then this is the perfect place. The Metro station is within a five minute walk, Sacre Ceour is less than 20 minutes away. The area is diverse and the people we encountered were helpful enough. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Amarys Simart and definitely received a nice value for money.
