Originally a sea merchants' house, the Edinburgh Thistle Guest House now provides 7 lovely rooms, available as single, double, twin and family. Overlooking Leith Links, originally a golf course in the 15th century, the house is also close to the Royal Museum of Scotland and The Palace of Holyrood House. Furthermore, the Royal Yacht Britannia is berthed at Leith, which is only a 10 minute walk away, along with the finest fish restaurants and wine bars.Check in time- 1.30pm to 4.30 pmGuests checking in after 4.30pm are required to telephone or email us directly. Late checkins will be given a code to express check in.
