The building is in excellent condition and looks almost new. Located within the red light district in the suburb of Geylang, this area is well known to the locals for its good food, fruit shops and exciting nightlife. Along the street, some buildings light up with garish neon lights and red lanterns signifying houses of pleasure. Walking down the streets is as safe as any part of Singapore. This is as close as you can get to the alternative side of Singapore.
