Me and my best friend stayed at Hotel Hans Brinker for 3 days. It is more like an hostel, very cheap compared to the other hotels in Amsterdam. The room we stayed in was a twin room clean and comfortable. Well, actually we didn't spend much time at the hotel as our main purpose was to have fun in the crazy city Amsterdam. Hotel has a wonderful location. It has great transportation links to the metro and tram stops which it easier to exploere the city. The hotel serves breakfast from 7:30 - 10:30. Nice place to stay in Amsterdam if you don't want to spend much money on accomodation.
