Contracted rooms are without windows.sg 03/09 The hotel is made up of a series of two storey restored shop houses. Some of which date back to before WWII. However, the interior is thoroughly modern. Located within the suburb of Joo Chiat, Joo Chiat Road is lined by pre-war shop houses, some of which house vanishing trades and old furniture shops, whilst others house modern eateries, karaoke bars and nightclubs. Walking around the neighborhood, one can find many examples of the mix of Chinese and the Malay tradition. It is also a 10 minute drive to the beaches and parks in the East Coast and a 5 minute drive to the Parkway Shopping Centre.
