Me and boyfriend stayed at Queens Hotel Dubai for 2 days and it was a nice stay compared to the price we paid. Well, after having read some negative comments about the hotel we were quite prepared for any kind of unpleasant surprises but to be honest the hotel welcomed us in very warm and friendly atmosphere which was really nice. The hotel has a central location which at the city center and is ideal base to start exploring the city. The room we stayed in neat, a bit small though, and it had all the necessary facilities such as air-condition, minibar etc. It had a small balcony which was so nice. The food the hotel restaurant offered was ok. Great budget hotel in Dubai, recommended!

After my visit to Dubai I believed everything to be first world. NOT! This hotel is located in a horrible part of town. I am an easy traveler and always stay in 2 stars but this time I had to get disinfectant at a Supermarket to clean the room. Only 1 taxi driver could locate the hotel.

I stayed at Queens Hotel Dubai for five days while on my first visit to Dubai. . I didn’t have great expectations of this hotel giving the price I paid but the rooms were quite good. The view from my room was unsightly but I got what I paid for. Working AC was a plus for a hotel in this price range. Very central location (far from the beach though if you are looking for a beach holiday), walking distance to the gold soak, the Dubai creek and the Big bus tour stop. I did feel a bit intimidated at first because I was pretty much in a minority of one when walking in the immediate streets to and from the hotel but I nothing ever happened to me so I would say it is a safe area. The hotel staff was courteous. The only complaint I would have is I turned up at the hotel at 6am on my day of arrival. Overall my experience was good, if you want to experience Dubai on a budget I would definitely recommend Queens Hotel Dubai.
