Hotels are very expensive in Dubai. At this budget hotel I got much more than expected. My room was clean, spacious, and recently painted. The bathroom was dated, but everything worked well. The service was excellent. The breakfast included items such as pancakes, eggs and french toast. There are many services available, such as room service and a tour resrevation service. The location is excellent. You can walk to many attractions in Bur Dubai, including the creek. One down side would be the clubs located in the hotel. I was on the third floor and could hear the music, but it wasn't loud enough to keep me awake. But that could be a plus for some, because venues that serve alcohol are limited in Dubai. I would stay there again.

the staff are friendly, but the room is not clean. I stayed on the thired floor but I still hear the night clube music all the night I could not sleep. the matrex was also bad. I would not stay in this hotail again
