Tre Archi Hotel Venice Description

The hotel is placed inside a completely palace, that mantains the charm and style of Venetian 18th Century. It faces the "Canale di Cannaregio" canal, next to the "Ponte dei Tre Archi" bridge, in the very heart of Venetians' Venice. The typical entrance lounge on the ground floor with the original 18th Century ceiling is enriched with precious decorations and a gorgeous Murano chandelier which dominates the hall. Here are the reception and a small bar opened 24 hours a day. Artisan masters have created inside the rooms the antique Venetian style with all modern comforts: bathroom with bath tub or shower, hairdryer, direct telephone, sat Tv, minibar, safe box and air conditioning. Some rooms overlook the canal while others have a view of one of the few private interior gardens in venice where our guests can have breakfast during the warm season.

I agree with the previous review. The hotel was right at the doorstep of the vaporetti stop which was great considering the amount of luggage we had and how late we got there. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and a produce market but also quiet. The room was nicely furnished compared to some of the other places of comparable price in Italy. Breakfast was quite good too!

Stayed there for 2 nights in October 2003. Took the land bus from the airport to the bus station where we transferred to a water bus which stopped right in front of the hotel. The stop in front of our hotel was handy as we were able to get on there again to go to the island of Murano, and also back to the main canal. We had a beautiful room overlooking the canal. We were able to open the window and the shutters and have a great view. The furnishings in our room and lobby were just as pictured on the internet sites we had viewed. The staff at the front desk were always very pleasant and helpful. Our rate included a continental breakfast. We would definately stay there again.
