• Hotelstore.com is a travel meta search engine which is solely designed for providing hotel price comparison service by comparing hotel rates from different online travel agencies, travel sites and hotel chains. The products and services listed on Hotelstore.com are sold by these third party merchants and we do not sell or resell any products and services on our website. You are directed to the third party supplier’s website you select where you can make a reservation directly after we display all the options and rates to you on Hotelstore.com.
• Hotelstore platform also offers its users information on hotel & travel products, links to third party merchants, city guides, travel destinations and countries, hotel reviews and travel-related experiences of travelers. As a user, you can also write your own hotel reviews and experiences for the use of Hotelstore travel community.
• Hotelstore disclaims any responsibility or liability for these products and/or services and any complaints, questions should be sent to the appropriate third party merchant –seller website that you are /were directed to. The Site does not guarantee the accuracy of the information that are written by the travelers/ members.
• If you share with us your feedback, inquiries, suggestions, testimonials, comments, ideas, ratings, reviews, concepts, bug reports or any similar or related information as in conjunction with the services (“Feedback”), Hotelstore declare all the rights to disclose this data as Service; (“Feedback”). Feedbacks & the intellectual property rights associated become exclusive property of Hotelstore. In another words, Hotelstore discloses all the Feedback rights and have the right to remit (forward, transmit, send up) to the third parties without declaration of the user. If you do not agree these terms, please do not submit Feedback to us.
